Overview
NextPlay Recruitment is hiring an Administrative and Client Services Specialist for our internal team. This full-time remote position blends behind-the-scenes administration with real client contact: part of your day keeps our recruiting operation organized, and part of it keeps the businesses we work with informed and well looked after.
You are the person recruiters lean on to keep schedules, paperwork, and records in order, and the person clients hear from when they need a quick, reliable answer. Both sides of the job matter equally here.
What You'll Do
- Schedule client calls, candidate interviews, and internal meetings across several calendars
- Prepare client agreements, onboarding forms, and search kickoff documents
- Respond to client emails and calls with updates, and route detailed questions to the right recruiter
- Enter and update client, job, and candidate information in our applicant tracking system
- Keep shared folders, templates, and contact lists organized and current
- Track follow-ups after client meetings and confirm each item is handled
- Assist with invoicing records and simple weekly reports for leadership

- Comfortable switching between detailed admin work and friendly client conversations

- Quick to learn new software, including calendars, spreadsheets, and tracking systems
- A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
- Authorization to work in the United States
