NextPlay Recruitment LLC ("NextPlay Recruitment", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through nextplayrecruitment.us, including information you provide when you apply for a role, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Application details. When you apply for a role: your name, email address, phone number, city and state, resume, and your answers to application questions.
Employer inquiries. When you submit our contact form: the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and a description of your hiring needs.
Technical details. Basic information sent by your browser, such as IP address, browser type, and the page that referred you, which we use to keep the site secure and to understand which job boards send applicants.

How we use it

To review your application and consider you for the role you applied to and for similar roles.
To contact you about your application by phone and email, and by text message when you have agreed to receive texts.
To share your application with the employer we are recruiting for, when you are being considered for that employer's role.
To respond to employer inquiries and provide the recruiting services requested.
To operate, secure, and improve this site.

Text messages

We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, for example by checking the text message box on an application. Texts cover your application, interview scheduling, and related job opportunities. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not required to apply.

When you apply to a role we are recruiting for on behalf of a client company and agree to texts, that hiring company may also text you about the same application, your interview scheduling, and next steps in its hiring process.

Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are not sold, and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with employers we recruit for in connection with your candidacy, with service providers that host and secure our systems, and when required by law.

Retention

We keep application records for as long as needed to consider you for current and future roles and to meet legal recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@nextplayrecruitment.us.

Job boards

If you arrive from a job board such as Indeed, that service has its own privacy policy that governs the information you give it.

Referral links

After you apply, we may show an optional link to a resume-review service such as TopResume. If you use that link and later buy something from that service, we receive a small referral fee. The price you pay is not affected, using the link is never required, and it has no bearing on your application. That service has its own privacy policy that governs anything you give it.
