Client Success Coordinator

Overview

NextPlay Recruitment is hiring a Client Success Coordinator for our internal team. This full-time remote role owns the relationship with a group of the businesses we recruit for, from the day they sign on through every search that follows. You make sure each client feels known, informed, and glad they chose us.

Where our support team answers questions as they come in, you look ahead: you welcome new clients, check in before they have to ask, and spot ways we can help them hire even better.

What You'll Do

• Lead the welcome and kickoff for each new client, so their first search starts smoothly
• Serve as the main point of contact for a set group of client accounts
• Hold regular check-in calls to review how each search is going and what comes next
• Gather client feedback and share it with recruiters and leadership
• Spot chances to help clients with additional roles and future hiring
• Keep client agreements, preferences, and account details accurate and up to date
• Work closely with recruiters so every client's searches stay on track

Who Fits

• Experience in client success, account coordination, or relationship-focused client services
• A warm, confident phone presence and polished professional writing
• The habit of following up before anyone has to ask
• Strong organization across several accounts at once
• Comfortable learning new software, including our tracking and calendar tools
• A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States
