Overview
This is not a typical sales job. As an Insurance Enrollment Specialist, you help people who reached out for coverage get set up with the right plan. Think of it as guiding someone through an important decision: you answer their questions, lay out the choices clearly, and handle the enrollment details. It all happens by phone and video from your home office.
This search is run by NextPlay Recruitment on behalf of a client, a growing insurance agency. Right after you apply, you are taken to the agency's scheduling page to set up your interview.
Earnings are commission based, so each enrollment you complete adds to your pay, plus bonuses in your best months. If you have worked in customer service, a call center, or any job where you helped people, you already have the skills that matter most. Training covers the rest.
What You'll Do
- Speak with households who asked for coverage information
- Answer questions and explain each option in plain terms
- Complete enrollments carefully and accurately
- Keep tidy notes in the CRM and check in after each enrollment
