Client Onboarding Specialist

Overview

NextPlay Recruitment is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to give every new client a smooth, confident start. If you enjoy taking a signed agreement and turning it into a working relationship, this role was built for you. This is a full-time, fully remote position on our own team.

You gather what we need to start each search, set the client up in our systems, walk their team through how we work together, and check in during the first weeks to make sure the experience matches what they were promised.

What You'll Do

• Lead kickoff calls with new clients to gather role details, timelines, and must-haves
• Set up each client account, contacts, and open roles in our tracking system
• Walk hiring managers through our process, communication rhythm, and what to expect
• Coordinate with recruiters so each search starts on time
• Check in during the first 30 days and resolve questions quickly
• Document client preferences so the whole team stays consistent
• Hand a settled client to account management with complete notes

Who Fits

• 2 or more years in client onboarding, implementation, account coordination, or client services
• Clear, confident presenter on video calls
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Comfortable with a CRM, spreadsheets, and shared documents
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services is a plus
• A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States
