Executive Assistant

Overview

NextPlay Recruitment is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. If you are the person others count on to keep the day on track and see what is coming next, we would love to talk. This is a full-time, fully remote position on our own team.

You manage calendars, prepare for meetings, handle correspondence, and keep projects moving between leadership, recruiters, and clients. You will see how a growing recruiting company runs and have a hand in keeping it running well.

What You'll Do

• Manage leadership calendars, meetings, and travel
• Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up items for client and team meetings
• Draft and send correspondence on behalf of leadership
• Track projects and deadlines and nudge the right people at the right time
• Organize documents, contracts, and shared files
• Handle expense reports, vendor requests, and basic bookkeeping support
• Take on special projects as the company grows

Who Fits

• 3 or more years supporting an executive, owner, or leadership team
• Excellent judgment with confidential information
• Polished writing and a professional phone presence
• Highly organized and calm when priorities shift
• Skilled with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, calendars, and video meeting tools
• A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States
