Recruiting Coordinator

Overview

If you are the person who keeps every calendar straight and every candidate in the loop, NextPlay Recruitment would love to meet you. Our Recruiting Coordinator keeps interviews moving for the companies we hire for, from the first screening call to the offer. This is a full-time, fully remote position on our own team.

You schedule interviews, confirm details with candidates and hiring managers, and keep our tracking system accurate so our recruiters can spend their time in conversations. When a candidate wonders what happens next, you are the friendly voice with the answer.

What You'll Do

• Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews across several time zones
• Send confirmations, reminders, and prep details to candidates and hiring managers
• Keep candidate records, stages, and notes current in our tracking system
• Post and refresh job listings on the boards we use
• Collect feedback after each interview and move candidates to the next step
• Prepare offer letters and new-hire paperwork from templates
• Answer candidate questions about timing and next steps

Who Fits

• 1 or more years in recruiting coordination, scheduling, HR, or office administration
• Organized across many moving calendars
• Warm, clear communication by phone, email, and chat
• Comfortable with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and an applicant tracking system
• Careful with confidential information
• A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States
